Warrant:
On 05/06/2010, at approximately 12:42am, the victim and his son walked from their hotel, Embassy Suites to the 7-11 at the intersection of Apopka-Vineland / Palm Parkway. While walking back, they were approached by the suspects on the sidewalk. Suspect #1 inquired about a store to get the attention of the victim and then pulled out a handgun and demanded money. The victim and his son began to run and as he did, the victim pulled out his wallet and threw it at suspect #1. As the victim continued to run, one of the suspects threw a beer bottle at him which smashed in the street.
UPDATE: On 5/8/10, at approximately 1:00am, Hector Ginel was arrested during a traffic stop. This vehicle matched the one used at the Sunoco, 20 minutes after the robbery, where the victim’s credit card was used. The victims ID’d the suspect in a photo line-up. At-Large suspect Varga-Dios is thought to be driving in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. |

At approximately 9:00 a.m. officers responded to a bank robbery at the CenterState Bank located at 920 South John Young Parkway in Kissimmee. Officers learned that a black male approached the teller and presented a note demanding money.
Archie Lee Rembert was released from prison on January 12, 2010 after serving nine years on robbery charges. |
