  Armed Burglary, Aggravated Battery

Orange: Armed Burglary, Aggravated Battery

Date: February 18, 2009

On February 18, 2009 at approximately 4:15pm the victim answered a knock on the door of his apartment located at 4814 Cayview Ave. # 406. When the victim opened the door, he was immediately punched in the face by the above-depicted person. During the struggle, a second white male entered the apartment, produced a knife and stabbed the victim. Both suspects then fled the scene in dark blue or grey 4 door, Chrysler product. The incident is related to the use of illicit narcotics.

Suspect 1 is described as a w/m, 17-20 yoa, 5’08”-5’09”, 170 lbs, with blonde hair. This suspect may possibly have braces on his teeth. Suspect 2 is described as a w/m, 17-20 yoa, 5”10”-6’00”, 170 lbs, with short dark hair. He was armed with a folding knife, possibly with a white handle.
